As an Automation Architect, you’ll drive the adoption of automation across our operations, bridging technical innovation with operational needs. You’ll architect solutions that scale content moderation, mitigate abuse, and empower our teams to deliver trusted and safe content to our customers. Key job responsibilities * Orchestration Leadership: Champion the integration of AI/automation tools (e.g., Generative AI, intelligent workflows) into Trust & Safety operations. Translate technical possibilities into actionable strategies for operational teams. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to design solutions that balance speed, accuracy, and compliance. * End-to-End Solution Design: Own the architecture of AI-driven systems for content moderation, risk detection, and policy enforcement. Move from prototype to production at Amazon scale. * Operational Enablement: Drive the rollout of new tools, providing training, feedback loops, and iterative improvements to ensure adoption and value delivery. * Strategic Narrative Development: Create compelling technical narratives (BRDs, PRFAQs, white papers) that align with business outcomes (e.g., reduced moderation latency, improved accuracy). A day in the life You start by reviewing emerging abuse patterns in Prime Video’s global platform. You collaborate with a Engineering and Data Science teams to design an Agentic Solutions that flags policy-violating content in real time. By midday, you’re leading a workshop with Trust & Safety analysts to demo the tool, addressing their concerns about false positives. Later, you partner with Engineering to prioritize features for the next sprint, ensuring the solution scales during high-traffic events. By day’s end, you update stakeholders on metrics—like a 20% reduction in moderation workload—and refine the roadmap for upcoming compliance challenges.
