Company: Mercer Description: Completing the below tasks for low to moderate complexity clients • Producing quarterly manager commentary by assessing the performance of fund/investment strategies • Preparing performance report for DC and DB plans which includes structured discussion on performance results of fund managers and make recommendation to hold/liquidate investment managers • Assisting the other team members with their reports and commentaries • Execute manager search and selection for various investment strategies which involves assessment of strategies on various factors such as the investment team, investment process, risk management, factor/style exposures (using Style Analytics), and fees • Review and amend investment policy statements • Provide support on projects for Strategic Research team and Intellectual Capital publications • Provide support on asset class surveys and periodical publications Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
