Job Description Summary The HPC Integrated Systems Test team validates complex HPE HPC & AI solutions before release, helping ensure customers receive reliable, high-quality systems for demanding environments. The team works across high-performance server platforms, networking, storage, software, firmware, operating systems, and management interfaces used in advanced HPC and AI solutions. This Technical Program Manager III role is for an experienced program leader who can lead cross-functional execution for complex HPC & AI systems programs. The role drives planning, scheduling, dependency management, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and release-readiness coordination across rack-scale, accelerator, interconnect, memory, power, thermal, and large-scale systems with supercomputing complexity. The Program Manager partners with firmware, hardware, software, IST, product, vendor, and global test teams to align requirements, execution plans, issues, and key decisions with program milestones.

Impact This role supports HPE’s work on leading-edge AI hardware and advanced HPC technologies that enable the next generation of AI development and applications. The Technical Program Manager III plays a key role in leading complex integrated systems programs before release, helping ensure program milestones, risks, dependencies, and release-readiness decisions are clearly managed across cross-functional teams. By driving alignment across engineering, program, product, vendor, manufacturing, and global test teams, this role contributes to improved execution efficiency, stronger release readiness, and the quality and success of HPE’s HPC & AI product portfolio.
About You
You are an experienced technical program leader who enjoys coordinating complex engineering programs across hardware, software, firmware, operating systems, networking, storage, and management interfaces. You are motivated by working on leading-edge AI hardware and HPC technologies that support next-generation AI development and applications. You understand the importance of coordinating validation coverage, schedules, resource capacity, risks, budgets, and cross-functional communication to improve release readiness and product quality. You look for opportunities to identify integration risks early, strengthen validation planning, improve execution efficiency, and keep complex product releases on schedule. You drive alignment across engineering, product, vendor, manufacturing, and global test teams to resolve program issues, manage dependencies, and provide clear release-readiness feedback. You communicate clearly about technical issues, program status, risks, dependencies, priorities, and recommendations with both technical teams and leadership. Must be a US Citizen Knowledge and Skills Program planning and execution experience in complex engineering environments, preferably within HPC, AI, systems, or platform-based product development.
