Associate Analyst, Reporting (ROPS)

Posting Date 08/11/2026 2476 Swedesford RdSTE 150, Malvern, Pennsylvania, 19355-1456, United States of America This position will   support the distribution,   maintenance   and production of   multiple recurring reports or workflows   in order to   drive improvements   and   identify   opportunities   across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations .     This includes building lower complexity reports as needed, identifying & fixing report issues, and   assisting   with ad hoc data pulls.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   1.   Analysis & Technical:    Understands how to pull and aggregate data across primary data sources with some guidance   Produces & distributes multiple recurring reports or workflows   utilizing   tools   such as Excel,   SQL   and Tableau    Troubleshoots   front-end report issues independently and escalates when support is needed   Answers questions & makes updates as needed using knowledge   about report logic and relevant data in all reports for which they are responsible    2 .   Project & Stakeholder management:    P articipates actively in all working sessions   Sends recaps from meetings   M aintains up to date documentation for reports,   proce sses   and analysis assumptions   K eeps track of assigned work & balances multiple priorities   in order to   complete work   timely   P artners with stakeholders by clearly responding to questions   about reports   or workflows   for which they are responsible    3 .   Problem Solving:   Raises awareness when issues arise that   impact   a report(s)     4 .    Other duties as assigned.   What We’ll Provide:   More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
