职位总结： Job Summary 进行模具/夹具和设备的设计/维护，支持MPDE团队进行新产品的试运行，以满足生产要求，并确保机器在工程政策，程序和系统下的生产稳定性。 Conduct tooling/fixture and equipment Design/maintenance, support MPDE team for the new product pilot run with the objective of meeting production requirements and ensure the machine stability on production within Engineering policies, procedures and systems.   工作职责： Job description 1.设备设计调试接收；与设备供应商一起设计或者自行设计，安装并调试自动线, 跟踪调试进度, 及时反馈并解决问题以保证项目进度 Work with vendors to set up/debug automation machine; Timely feedback and solve the problem to ensure the progress of the project.”            2.技术支持：自动线试产，量产运行及换型时为生产提供技术支撑，保证自动线运转正常。 Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up/changeover.”       3.问题解决：及时识别并解决生产中出现的机械故障, 保证生产顺利进行. Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems for automation line. 4.与相关部门进行高效地沟通，维持良好的工作关系，及时跟时并解决问题. Responsible for the effective communication across the company". 5.培训指导：指导技术员并参与自动线维护及产品换型工作. Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly. Job Requirements

职位要求： Job requirements 1. 本科学历，机械工程/自动化/机电一体化专业，优秀者可放宽学历要求 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Automation. 2. 五年以上非标设备设计或调试经验, 擅长工装夹治具设计. Minimum 5 years of experience w/ automated assembly machines, skilled in fixture/jig design and troubleshooting for automation machine. 3. 熟悉视觉检测系统（如基恩士/康奈士）, PLC，气动元件，传感器，马达和其他动作控制设备，以及相应元件选型. Familiar with Vision Inspection (Keyence/Cognex), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Pneumatics, sensors, motors and other motion
