Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a HRBP. Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. What you’ll do: PRIMARY FUNCTION: A. Administration of the Internal labor Regulations. B. Provide training, coaching and development for all hourly personnel. Coordinate and assure technical training, training for career development and certification processes for hourly personnel. C. Recruitment and selection process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: A. Assist in the preparation of Contract negotiations with the Local Union. B. Review and implement internal rules. C. Administers the grievance and disciplinary process. D. Strengthens employee retention and engagement through establishing the standard on-boarding and orientation processes with integrated efforts from various functions. E. Coordinate and assure the correct delivery of all documents in salary process. F. Coordinate and provide support in events. G. Provide support in PWM. H. Attendee and follow any closed action to any Quality, Safety, OEA Audits. I. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area. J. Promotes the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies. K. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results. L. Control and get measurable training results and comply with the plans and company objectives. M. Promote and coordinate the Career development and certification processes for hourly personnel. N. Maintain current training records and available for audits. O. Manage “Aprendices Eaton” program for their development in plant and possible hiring. P. Assess KPI´s effectiveness per area. Q. Customer service. R. Turnover and absenteeism tracking and strategies to reduce it. #LI-DS2 Qualifications: A. College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar. B. English – language capability, speaking, reading & writing required C. 3 years experience in HR area. D. Broad knowledge in legal law. E. Knowledge in LFT. F. Strategies for career development.
