Position Summary The General Foreman must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work. Primary Responsibilities Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information Compliance: Support the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting continuous environmental performance improvement. Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with ISO 45001, identifying hazards, assessing risks, and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001, ensuring compliance with anti-bribery policies, due diligence, and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency. Employees are expected to comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continual improvement. This ensures alignment with the organization's commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred) Supervisory experience (Preferred)
