This position works out of our Jeddah. Field site. location in the Core Diagnostic division. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.  What You’ll Work On As the Informatics Technical Specialist, you’ll have the chance to Experienced professional individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Applies subject matter knowledge in the area of Informatics Technical Specialist. Requires capacity to apply skills/knowledge within the context of specific needs or requirements. Responsible for the end-to-end implementation, testing and training of the Abbott Digital applications with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Apply technical IT and networking knowledge to analyze user needs. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization members.

Bachelor's /Computer Information System  / Software Engineering / Cyber Security, Network Engineering.
