Configure and manage vaults, workflows, lifecycle states, data cards, templates, variables, user roles, and permissions. Manage user provisioning, authentication, access control, and software licensing. Monitor application health, performance, archive servers, SQL database connectivity, replication services, and overall system availability. Perform application upgrades, service pack installations, patches, hotfix deployments, and planned maintenance activities. Plan and execute backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and periodic health checks. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for application incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot issues related to vault access, workflows, replication, client connectivity, file management, and application integrations. Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive and corrective actions. Collaborate with infrastructure, database, cybersecurity, engineering teams, and software vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Develop and maintain application documentation, knowledge articles, operational procedures, and support runbooks. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, audit requirements, and ITIL-based change management processes. Drive continuous service improvements to enhance application stability, performance, and user experience. Engineering Applications & Teamcenter Migration Support the organization’s migration from SolidWorks PDM to Teamcenter. Participate in migration planning, data validation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and post-production support activities. Support integration between SolidWorks and Teamcenter. Collaborate with implementation partners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful migration of engineering data and business processes. Provide operational support for additional engineering CAD applications such as Siemens NX, SolidEdge, and Autodesk Inventor, as required. Coordinate application upgrades, issue resolution, and enhancement activities with application owners and software vendors. Support engineering application integration initiatives and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement efforts. Additional Responsibilities: Global Application Support Act as the backup support engineer during the US support window for R&D & Engineering (I2M) applications. Monitor incident and service request queues, acknowledge new tickets, perform initial triage, and communicate timely status updates to users. Coordinate with responsible application owners and support teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Escalate critical issues appropriately and support Major Incident Management activities. Ensure effective shift handover and knowledge transfer across regional support teams to provide seamless global support coverage. Maintain compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.
