Their work will help align and transition organizational structures, design, culture, and ways of working to support business and mission strategies. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to drive impactful change and support clients in achieving their goals. By combining strategic insight with practical execution, this professional will help enable organizations to adapt, grow, and thrive in a dynamic business environment. Required: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a Master’s or higher in Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Management, Public Administration, Public Policy or a related/equivalent program Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA required) You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the
