Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, operational and recurring positions across designated business areas. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities and recruitment plans. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles to improve hiring readiness and reduce time-to-fill. Utilize sourcing strategies, employee referrals, talent communities and recruitment marketing activities to strengthen candidate pipelines. Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through effective communication, process management and timely follow-up. Leverage Workday Recruiting and other recruiting technologies to improve workflow efficiency and candidate management. Monitor recruiting activity, pipeline health and key recruiting metrics to identify risks and opportunities. Provide market insights and candidate feedback to support hiring decisions and workforce planning. Collaborate closely with Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders to support ongoing hiring priorities. What Makes You the Right Fit Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience supporting high-volume, operational, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial or shared services hiring. Experience managing multiple open requisitions and balancing competing hiring priorities. Proven experience sourcing, screening and assessing candidates across a variety of role types. Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as Workday Recruiting or similar platforms. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recruitment processes effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use recruiting data and insights to support decision-making and improve hiring outcomes. How Would You Stand Out? Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, commercial or shared services organizations. Experience building talent pipelines, talent communities or proactive sourcing strategies.
