This individual will ensure that Power & Controls Supply Chain meets it's organization cost and financial targets. What You Will Do • Lead cost‑management strategies and initiatives across key commodities to deliver year‑over‑year productivity and total cost optimization. • Build robust cost models, conduct should‑cost analysis, and evaluate supplier economics to identify value‑improvement opportunities. • Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to develop multi‑year cost‑reduction roadmaps. • Drive supplier negotiations, competitive sourcing events, and open‑book cost‑transparency programs. • Monitor global market trends, inflationary forces, and supply‑chain risks; develop actionable mitigation plans. • Support design‑to‑cost efforts and early supplier involvement for new product introductions. • Deliver executive‑level reporting, analytics, and business cases that inform strategic decisions. • Mentor and develop cost analysts and sourcing team members, fostering a data‑driven culture and continuous improvement. • Must be willing and able to travel 10% of the time What You Will Learn • How to connect product design, supply‑chain strategy, and supplier engagement for maximum business impact. • Leadership skills in influencing cross‑functional teams and managing suppliers at executive levels. • Enhanced analytical, financial modeling, and strategic negotiation capabilities.

You Must Have: • Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience. • 1+ years experience delivering measurable cost‑reduction results • 1+ years experience with financial forecasting • 1+ years experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and supplier‑facing engagements • Ability to communicate complex cost drivers and insights clearly to leadership Qualifications We Prefer • Background in manufacturing, engineering collaboration, or global sourcing. • Knowledge of supply‑chain risk management and market‑intelligence practices. • Data management skills and experience with Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, etc) and Power Point • A general understanding of Aerospace drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes • Knowledge
