Standard Job Description What We're Doing Rotary and Mission Systems' Training, Logistics and Simulation (TLS) business is Lockheed Martin’s center of excellence for training and logistics products and services, serving the U.S. military and more than 65 international customers around the world. Based in Orlando, TLS develops programs that teach service men and women skills to accomplish their most challenging missions — flying the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft, navigating ships and driving armored vehicles. TLS is the corporation’s hub for simulation, X reality, live-virtual-constructive capabilities, advanced training devices and full-service training programs. TLS also provides sustainment services such as supply chain and logistics IT solutions, spares and repairs, as well as automated test and support equipment. THE WORK This is a position for a Software Engineering Lead on F35 Pilot Training Devices (PTD). As a Staff Software Engineer for the PTD team, you will: • Be accountable for the overall Software engineering related tasks associated with the program. • Act as the delegate to the Lead Software Engineer for the Software Engineering activities • Ensure that the program's Software Engineering processes/procedures and other required process assets are defined and followed • Address staffing, resource, and infrastructure needs for Software Engineering • Be responsible for Software Engineering cost, schedule, and technical performance at the product level • Guide program development of the Software Engineering portion of program's multi-functional resource/schedule estimates • Be responsible for the development of Software Architecture • Champion continuous improvement activities for the SW Engineering discipline and adopt 1LMX techniques and approaches Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice This position will require the selected candidate to have or obtain an Interim Secret level U.S. government security clearance before starting with Lockheed Martin. U.S. citizenship is a requirement for consideration.

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical/Electrical/Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. • 5 years of hands on experience designing, developing, or maintaining complex systems/products using Model Based Engineering approaches. • Proven track record of using Cameo Systems Modeler / Cameo Enterprise Architecture in real world projects (e.g., aerospace, defense, automotive, or complex electronics). • Deep knowledge of SysML (requirements, behavior, structure, parametric diagrams) and its application within Cameo. • Proficiency in creating and managing model libraries, profiles, and extensions in Cameo. • Experience with model transformation, validation, and verification (e.g., OCL, Model Based Test Generation). • Ability to integrate Cameo models with downstream tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, DOORS, PLM, CI/CD pipelines). • Familiarity with model version control (Git, Subversion) and
