The Manager, Enterprise Program Management (EPM) reporting to Senior Director, EPM – T&W, Management plays a key role within the Accelerator business. Responsible for managing projects for innovation and supply chain requests, this role serves as the liaison to cross-functional. The individual provides project leadership, drives continuous improvement, and identifies cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain. This position can be located in Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI. A Taste of What You Will Be Doing
Project Execution & Delivery - Manage the execution of PWR (Packaging Work Request) and SCR (Supply Chain Request) projects, innovation, business expansions, and work process improvements, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and against established performance objectives. Cross-Functional Partnership - Represent Supply Chain with the commercial team and cross-functional partners on new food, existing food, and packaging projects, communicating plans, progress, and solutions across the business. Project Leadership & Coordination - Organize, manage, and coordinate multiple, complex projects. You will provide directions to assigned teams and guide the process on new product introductions and packaging changes. Technical & Resource Leadership - Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams. Prioritize projects based on key stakeholders and available resources and direct the management of project teams. Process Improvement & Strategy - Translate business needs and strategies into process management improvements. Develop the processes, policies, procedures, and tools that support innovation and expansion initiatives. Cost Optimization - Identify opportunities and solutions to reduce cost of goods across packaging and supply chain requests.
We're Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering preferred. Significant related work experience; previous experience managing innovation projects as project manager. Supply chain experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet. Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with leaders and cross-functional business partners. Familiarity with SAP Materials Cost and Supply Chain modules. Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
Compensation The annual salary range is $108,200 - $142,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
