FIELD PROFESSIONAL - OPTIMIZATION JOB DESCRIPTION: • Under general supervision, delivers optimization services to make safe and cost-effective recommendations to the customer during the course of the well. • Monitor “live” drilling & completion activities, providing real-time analysis, diagnostics and identification of performance / improvement opportunities applying advanced modelling and automation platforms. • Operational delivery of closed-loop drilling automation system, acting as a key focal point for end users and rig site teams. • Deliver concise daily technical reports summarising well specific scopes, service delivery metrics and value-added use cases. • Provides high quality service to the customer in order to ensure continued business, identifying opportunities for use of additional services and new technologies where possible. • Produce detailed activity / event logs, ensuring system QA/QC routines are implemented maintained on a regular basis. • Maintain and update project specific communications procedures. • Pro-active engagement in internal / external operational meetings outlining planning / execution strategy and post review analysis towards operational deliveries. • Broadens range of optimization skills through assisting with increasingly complex projects. • Promotes and actively participates in quality improvement processes. • Monitoring and tracking of statistical performance metrics, utilisation rates and data analytics to support end of well / after action review delivery. • Maintain and update project specific communications procedures. Qualifications
Requires an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math and a minimum of 2.5 years of relevant industry experience. Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
