Learn how this opportunity will allow you to grow your career while making a lasting impact on our business, our communities, and our planet:    As Legal Counsel, you will provide high-quality commercial and legal support to the Ball Beverage Packaging business across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and external counsel, you will help enable strategic business objectives while identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to compliance initiatives and collaborate with legal colleagues across the EMEA region and globally.      How You'll Make a Difference      The responsibilities below represent more than daily tasks. They are opportunities to make a difference, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to meaningful outcomes:  Draft and negotiate customer agreements across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.

Qualified solicitor or barrister with approximately two years of post-qualification experience, preferably including in-house legal experience.

Experience reviewing, drafting, and managing commercial agreements with an international scope.

Strong knowledge of commercial law and the ability to provide practical legal advice aligned with business objectives.

Familiarity with working across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.

Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Business acumen and understanding of the financial implications of legal decisions.

Strong presentation, prioritization, and results-oriented execution skills.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical conduct.  Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are advantageous.
