The opportunity Assist our clients better define their strategic goals, objectives, and needed investments; integrate strategy, budgeting, and management reporting with a common set of metrics and operational drivers; and drive transformational change. Your key responsibilities As one of our Transformation Architecture advisors, you'll help our country’s crucial government departments and agencies tackle their most pressing issues. Working in multidisciplinary teams, often directly with leaders of major organizations, you'll bring diverse perspectives to every challenge. We'll help you achieve your potential by supporting your professional development and giving you experience of working with a diverse range of clients. You'll have the opportunity to build your skills in Transformation Architecture while also being able to team with professionals from other parts of the organization on multidisciplinary engagements. To qualify for the role you must have
A degree (graduate degree preferred) from a leading university in business, finance, or other quantitative discipline (e.g. engineering) Minimum of 1 years of proven experience working with clients to design and implement enterprise strategies, such as: Operating model design; Innovation management; Enterprise economics and value creation; Customer economics, business performance and cost to serve analysis; Competitor analysis; Board/C-suite workshop facilitation; Enterprise economic and scenario modeling; Strategic goals and objective-setting; Strategic Planning process; and Strategic business portfolio design Strong written and verbal communications, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing industry and deep content knowledge in the Strategy area A forward-thinking self-motivator that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge Ability to take abstract questions and issues and structure them into manageable, specific work streams and deliverables Experience in conducting fact-based analysis, as well as developing and testing alternative hypotheses Must be able
