This 16-week paid program places participants in roles that align with their existing expertise while also broadening their horizons through comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development. VP, Relationship Manager — Return to Work Candidates Morgan Stanley at Work (“MSAW”) is a division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, comprised of E*Trade, Shareworks by Morgan Stanley, Marketing, Retirement Plan Solutions, and Financial Wellness.   Our division offers in-depth knowledge and resources focused on providing a full range of solutions that help address various institutional and employee financial opportunities. This requisition is for Relationship Manager opportunities in Morgan Stanley’s Alpharetta-based Return to Work program. The Relationship Manager (RM) position is responsible for the equity compensation relationship within the Wealth Management Client Segments division.  They are responsible for partnering with a clients key administrative contacts (Directors and Managers of Stock Plan Administration teams).  They must possess a strong working knowledge of equity compensation and relationship management.   The Relationship Manager is responsible for the overall satisfaction of the client and will be instrumental in ensuring that the plan is utilizing the various components of our offering to enhance the participant experience. Service delivery within the corporate client expands beyond the primary administrative contacts.  This will include individuals within human resources, benefits, compensation, and finance departments.  A successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of equity compensation and stock plans, and a focus on the challenges that face todays administrators.
