Working with minimal direction, you will bring strong understanding of your functional area, shape how creative work gets done, and create the clarity, structure and momentum needed to move work from brief to execution. You will be a trusted partner to both creative teams and business partners, balancing strategic thinking with strong operational execution. As a Sr. Project Management Analyst, Target Creative Bengaluru, you will: Own end-to-end project management for social creative across organic, paid and affiliate marketing, translating business and channel priorities into clear plans and driving work from brief through final execution. Bring a strong understanding of social platforms, trends, audience behaviour, campaign performance and brand priorities to help the creative team develop work that is relevant, effective and right for the channel.
