Your challenges: Product Management for IT Solutions and Services: - Act as the product owner for IT Solutions and Services, using Jira/Confluence to document requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs aligned with Airbus’s strategic goals. - Collaborate with development, security, and compliance teams to define MVPs for IT solutions (e.g., secure remote access platforms, compliance monitoring tools) and track progress via Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum/Kanban in Jira). - Drive the lifecycle management of IT solutions using ServiceNow for IT service management (ITSM) and Confluence for centralized documentation. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure compliance of IT solutions with GDPR, ITAR, and national laws by integrating regulatory requirements into Confluence-based compliance matrices and ServiceNow workflows. - Identify gaps in existing solutions using audit logs and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk) and propose mitigations documented in Jira tickets with clear ownership. Technology Evaluation & Vendor Management: - Research and evaluate technologies/tools (e.g., cloud platforms, encryption solutions) in collaboration with Enterprise Architects, documenting findings in Confluence and presenting recommendations via ServiceNow portals. - Assess vendor compliance with Airbus’s procurement policies using ServiceNow Vendor Management Module. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Facilitate cross-functional alignment by using Confluence spaces for shared documentation and Jira epics to track high-level initiatives. - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable ServiceNow requests or Jira user stories. Implementation & Change Management: - Lead solutions/services deployments with ServiceNow Change Management workflows to minimize operational risks. - Develop change management plans in Confluence, including rollback procedures and compliance impact assessments. Performance Monitoring & Incident Response: - Define KPIs in ServiceNow CMDB and monitor solution performance using Splunk/ELK Stack, with incident response coordinated via Jira Service Management. - Document post-incident reviews in Confluence to prevent recurrence. Documentation & Standardization: - Maintain Compliance-as-Code documentation in Confluence, including design specs, runbooks, and ServiceNow-based
