HTM Supervisor

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management. Pay Range:   $32.16  -  $41.62  What’s in it for you Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment to ensure reliable patient care across clinical settings. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain compliance. Uphold regulatory standards and promote a safety-first environment, supporting audits and remediation efforts. Maintain accurate service records, analyze data trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Mentor and train team members to enhance technical skills and overall service quality. What you’ll bring Technical skills and hands-on experience with medical equipment repair, calibration, and preventative maintenance. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and coordinate service operations efficiently. A customer-focused mindset with the skillset to communicate effectively and build trust with clinical staff and team members. Problem-solving resourcefulness and the skills to develop practical solutions in fast-paced, real-time environments. A collaborative spirit and willingness to mentor or be mentored, supporting continuous learning and team development.
