Leads, coordinates and supervises maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability and operational continuity across manufacturing areas. Develops and executes preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans aligned with production priorities, safety requirements and business objectives. Provides technical direction to maintenance technicians and support personnel, ensuring proper troubleshooting, escalation and resolution of equipment issues. Drives root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities to reduce recurring failures, improve MTBF, reduce MTTR and support continuous improvement initiatives. Supports TPM, reliability and maintenance excellence practices to improve equipment performance, cost efficiency, quality and safety. Manages maintenance work orders, priorities, backlog, spare parts needs and documentation through SAP PM / CMMS or equivalent systems. Ensures compliance with safety standards, LOTO procedures, environmental requirements and company policies. Collaborates with production, quality, engineering, supply management and other support areas to minimize downtime and improve overall operational performance. Supports budget execution, cost control, contractor coordination and identification of cost reduction opportunities within the maintenance function. What Skills You Need:
Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance practices. Experience using SAP PM, CMMS or equivalent maintenance management systems. Knowledge of TPM, reliability, equipment availability and maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, downtime and backlog. Strong technical understanding of industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Experience applying RCA, FMEA/AMEF or structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve complex equipment failures. Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate maintenance work according to production needs and business impact. Knowledge of industrial safety practices, including LOTO, risk assessment and safe work execution. Ability to manage maintenance budgets, spare parts consumption, contractor services and cost improvement initiatives. Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation in English,
