About this role
As the largest global shared micromobility business, Lime is on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. A Time Magazine 100 Most Influential Company, Lime has powered more than one billion rides in close to 30 countries across five continents, spurring a new generation of clean alternatives to car ownership. Learn more at li.me . Commercial Delivery is an early-stage Lime product built for delivery couriers using Lime’s shared light electric vehicle fleet. We are expanding from our London proof point into new markets. Our growth model combines reliable mobility with trusted local relationships, hands-on activation, practical equipment such as delivery racks, and a strong community presence. The Community Growth Manager owns courier growth and community health for an assigned region, initially centered on Berlin. You will be accountable for agreed regional revenue and growth goals across acquisition, activation, retention, and rack adoption. This is a field job, not a desk-based marketing role: you will spend significant time in market meeting couriers, distributing racks, visiting delivery hubs and local partners, running community events, and turning what you learn into practical growth actions. You must be based in Berlin and available for regular in-person field work across the region. Community meetings and events may occasionally require evening or weekend flexibility. This role owns local growth, community relationships, field activation, rack adoption, and regional revenue outcomes. It does not own centralized customer support, refunds, or multi-market case management.
What You'll Do
Own and execute the regional growth plan, with accountability for agreed revenue, customer growth, activation, retention, and rack-adoption goals. Recruit and onboard delivery couriers, explain the Commercial Delivery offer, and help new customers become active successfully. Coordinate and personally support rack distribution, delivery and pickup logistics, inventory tracking, and practical guidance on rack use. Meet couriers in the field at delivery hubs, ghost kitchens, community gathering points, and other high-potential locations. Build relationships with local restaurants, ghost kitchens, delivery partners, community organizations, and other partners that can help the program grow. Plan and run community events, field activations, referral initiatives, promotions, and educational sessions. Maintain an active presence in approved community channels, answer local questions, and connect customers to the Customer Success team when an issue requires centralized support. Identify barriers to adoption and promising locations for racks, battery swaps, or other program infrastructure. Gather structured feedback from couriers and partners and turn it into clear recommendations for Product, Operations, and the broader Commercial Delivery team. Track regional performance, explain progress and risks, and adjust field plans based on data and direct community insight.
About You
Demonstrated experience in field growth, community engagement, partnerships, local operations, field marketing, or a similarly hands-on role. Comfort spending substantial time in the field, traveling locally, and taking an active role in rack distribution and event logistics. A commercial and data-informed mindset, with the motivation to own measurable regional revenue and growth outcomes. Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to earn trust with delivery couriers and local partners. Excellent organization across events, inventory, follow-ups, community communications, and multiple active workstreams. A practical, entrepreneurial working style and the ability to operate independently in an early-stage program. Clear written and verbal communication, with professional fluency in English.
Preferred Experience
Professional fluency in German is preferred, not required. Direct experience as a delivery courier or
