 About this opportunity: To provide insight and advice based on thorough and methodical investigation, analysis, and presentation of data. The Business Analytics Specialist applies his/her business knowledge and analytics skills on data, to point to statistically secured conclusions on business performance. He/she works as an advisor to decision makers, to outline both causes and remedies to business problems. Provides functional process and data expertise, qualifies Analytics IT requirements and manages the Analytics Solution portfolio within his/her area of responsibility.

The Business Analytical Specialist role will be fundamental in driving analytics innovation and transforming analytics. The role will be a catalyst in shifting the primary focus from data collection and reporting to exploration of cross-functional data and provision actionable, predictive, and prescriptive business insight. Drive the Analytics Solution roadmap process, including creation, review, and maintenance Manage and support the analytics solution development projects Consolidate and Communicate the Analytics solution portfolio status and performance This covers all types of processes and their interfaces. Possible process roles having this job role may be: Business Architect, Process Architect, Process Manager, Process Driver, Process Developer or Process Support. The performance of the role is based on E2E process performance measurements, process compliance and the ability to continuously improve processes / process components in scope. Furthermore, positive recognition from key stakeholders may also form a base for performance judgement, e.g.e2e business flow effectiveness. Monitor and manage progress of improvement actions and secure that deviations in process performance are handled The skills you bring: Analytics tools for data preparation, analysis, and visualization Knowledge and experience of analytics best practice and techniques Good to excellent knowledge in statistics Organizational skills  An analytical mind  Why join Ericsson?
