Job Description
Procurement Manager support execution of category strategy within their region. Critical thinker that can analyze the current situation, develop a plan to improve, and execute the plan while be able to communicate the plan to obtain internal adoption. Identify and onboard new suppliers that are in alignment with the category strategy Drive world class cost and margin enhancement (TCO Improvement) to deliver 5% YOY productivity Lead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for global affiliates Support the Lead Category Manager (LCM) on project management and executing category and regional strategies Experience building category cost models/clean sheets, and monitoring raw material, FX, and market trends Strong influencing and change management experience with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities Experience working with a global and diverse team in North America Strong Excel background with experience in ERP systems such as JDE LX The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. The Salary range for this position is $95,600.00 - $153,900.00
