We are looking for a Director, Copilot Growth Strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot to drive go-to-market strategy, execution and growth programs for Microsoft 365 Copilot across the Small, Medium Enterprise & Channel (SME&C) segment. In this role, you will help drive Copilot growth strategies and bring them to life through programs that accelerate customer acquisition, trial activation, adoption, and conversion. You will work across Business Planning, Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Partner teams to execute high-impact initiatives, launch new offers and experiences, enable partners, and optimize the customer journey from awareness through adoption. About the Team
The Copilot Marketing SMEC Growth Strategy Team is responsible for accelerating growth across small and medium enterprises through customer-focused and partner-led go-to-market motions. We sit at the intersection of product, marketing, business planning, engineering, and partner strategy, bringing together the people and programs needed to drive customer acquisition, trial engagement, adoption, and long-term growth. Our team develops and scales growth initiatives that help customers understand the value of AI, deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot successfully, and expand usage over time. We work in a fast-paced environment where experimentation, execution, and collaboration are critical. Success requires strong partnership across Microsoft teams and the partner ecosystem to deliver compelling customer experiences and measurable business impact. Responsibilities
Define the GTM strategy for Copilot acquisition, trial, and adoption within SME&C Identify growth opportunities and recommend investments based on customer, partner, and market insights Partner with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering teams to translate business priorities and product investments into scalable customer and partner programs. Support the launch and execution of new Copilot offers, products, and growth programs across SME&C customer and partner channels. Manage cross-functional initiatives across Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Partner teams to deliver key growth objectives. Design, execute, and optimize pilot programs, experimentation efforts, and customer journeys that improve engagement and business performance. Leverage customer, partner, and business insights to identify growth opportunities, measure impact, and recommend improvements to go-to-market programs. Deliver executive-ready business reviews, performance insights, and best practices to help scale successful programs across regions, partners, and customer segments. Embody our Culture & Values.
