Demonstrates 24 hour responsibility for personnel and operations. General Responsibilities: Responsibilities include the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and evaluating of economic growth, fiscal responsibility and the quality of the business related scope whether clinical or non clinical The Leader collaborates with the SMG member in developing, setting, implementing, monitoring and evaluating standards of care and practice Participates on assigned community, hospital and medical committees. Promotes collaborative relationships among the medical staff, clinical staff, volunteers, the community and other departments within the system Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors required, Masters preferred 5-8 years' experience in Radiology 5-8 years' Healthcare Management experience required Satisfactory completion of formal radiological training in an approved school Registered by ARRT Also Licensed by the State of Florida Knowledge of Regulatory requirements of the State and Radioactive Materials License Certified in at least one Imaging modality preferably Radiology Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required Please allow two to three business days for the manager to review your application.
