**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Vice President, Private Banking plays a critical role within BNY's Private Banking family, under the BusDev&Sls_WM function. This position is responsible for driving business development and sales strategies to maintain and grow client relationships. By aligning with BNY's strategic pillars and principles, this role ensures a client-centric approach, fostering trust and collaboration with both clients and internal teams. The Vice President will leverage their expertise to provide tailored financial solutions, contributing to the bank's growth and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Develop and execute business development strategies by leveraging market insights and client feedback to expand BNY's private banking client base. - Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating expertise in private banking and delivering personalized financial solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery and alignment with client needs and BNY's strategic goals. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the private banking sector to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability. - Represent BNY's values and principles in all client interactions, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and excellence.
**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
**EXPERIENCE:** - Typically 5-8 years of experience.
**SKILLS:** - Strong business development and relationship management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth clients. - In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements within the private banking sector.
