The Senior Analyst will develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions that help product teams and P&C stakeholders measure performance, make informed decisions, and deliver better employee experiences. You will deliver reporting solutions for strategic initiatives, product enhancements, and operational needs across Core HCM, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence. This is more than a report-development role. You will partner with product teams and P&C stakeholders to transform complex needs into advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics experiences. You will also strengthen governance, data quality, and responsible self-service, making workforce information easier to access, understand, and act upon. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and energized by complex reporting challenges. You will collaborate across technical and functional teams to create accurate, scalable, secure, and meaningful solutions that support a simpler, more connected employee experience.

Workday Reporting and Analytics • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday reporting and analytics solutions supporting P&C modernization, product enhancements, recurring processes, and operational requests. • Build and optimize Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports using calculated fields, complex business-object relationships, and appropriate report logic. • Design, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain complex calculated fields supporting critical reporting logic and data requirements. • Deliver reports, dashboards, and Discovery Boards across Core HCM, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence. • Recommend the most effective solution based on business outcomes, audience, data availability, scalability, and security. • Translate complex workforce data into meaningful information for P&C product teams, People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders. • Resolve reporting, calculated-field, and data-quality issues with functional and technical partners. Reporting Governance and Operational Delivery • Apply reporting governance, design standards, naming conventions, documentation requirements, security controls, and lifecycle practices. • Maintain report and calculated-field documentation, including ownership, business logic, definitions, and metadata. • Contribute to report and calculated-field inventories, repositories, data dictionaries, and governance materials. • Perform quality assurance, including data validation, peer review, regression testing, and user acceptance testing support. • Review
