What You Will Do
Develop and Manage Project Plans: Lead the planning and coordination of project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with the program's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Drive Technical Execution: Oversee the successful implementation of project activities, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Integrate Complex Systems: Ensure seamless integration of program and product components, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Achieve Technical Objectives: Set and accomplish key technical milestones, driving innovation and meeting program goals. Lead Trade Studies: Conduct and manage trade studies to evaluate and optimize design, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications
You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations, with a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience. In the absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required. Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance with SCI eligibility is required prior to the start date. 8+ years of demonstrated Project Engineering experience with a proven track record. Experience effectively communicating and presenting with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team. Strong organization, coordination, planning, and teaming skills, with excellent oral and written communication abilities. Demonstrated success working in team or matrixed environments. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Security clearance with SCI eligibility is required prior to start date U.S. citizenship is required, as
