Job Summary As a Contracts Administrator at John W. Danforth Company, you will help drive the successful management of customer contracts and business agreements from review through execution. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to facilitate effective and efficient contract review processes and coordinate insurance and bond requirements. This role is critical to protecting the company's interests while delivering a responsive and positive experience for our customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Manage customer contracts through the contract lifecycle from intake to execution for assigned business regions.• Support the review of standard contracts, including AIA agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other business documents.• Respond to customer insurance requirements and coordinate certificates of insurance and bond requests.• Prepare summaries of contract terms and support risk analysis efforts.• Support contract revisions, negotiations, and document tracking activities.• Help implement and utilize electronic document management and workflow systems to support contract administration.• Respond to contract-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.• Coordinate with contract team members to ensure timely approvals and contract processing.• Coordinate lien filings as required and maintain supporting documentation.• Leverage approved AI tools and technology to support document review and contract management processes. Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial contract administration.• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.• Working knowledge of construction contract terms and conditions, is a plus.• Basic understanding of commercial insurance requirements within the construction industry, is a plus.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF/document management tools.• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond with urgency and ownership.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Experience utilizing AI tools for document review is a plus.
