Senior Director, HR Technology Products

As a Senior Director, HR Technology Products, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Technology team reporting to the VP of HR Technology & Innovation, you will lead Hilton's global HR Technology Product organization, overseeing the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of our Human Capital Management platforms. You will translate enterprise priorities into product roadmaps and technology capabilities that promote an exceptional Team Member experience while supporting Hilton's global HR strategy.
