Job Description & Summary:      We are building a market-leading Sustainability Transformation practice focused on delivering measurable EBITDA improvement through sustainability-led interventions.     Unlike traditional ESG consulting, our focus is on unlocking value through:   Energy transition and decarbonization   Resource efficiency and circularity   Waste-to-value transformation   Digital operations transformation   AI-enabled industrial optimization   Sustainable supply chain transformation     The Director will lead large transformation programs across sectors including   chemicals, cement, metals & mining, industrial manufacturing,   consumer   products   and   industrial manufacturing .   This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for originating,   selling   and delivering   large   transformation engagements.
