AECOM’s Program Management (PgM) business line is a global leader in delivering complex, large-scale programs across diverse sectors. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and excellence, PgM provides end-to-end solutions that drive impactful results for clients worldwide. Our expertise spans infrastructure, transportation, energy, water, and urban development, ensuring that every program is executed with precision, efficiency, and sustainability. Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project. Collaborates and communicates with a broad community of stakeholders. Assists Client with delivery method selection, procurement, contract planning and administration. Interfaces and coordinates with the design team from design and through construction, including collaboration with users and stakeholders to translate their requirements. Represents the Client in day-to-day project activities to ensure work is accomplished safely, aligned with project goals and criteria, and within budget and schedule, and on time. Resolves complex project related issues, disputes, and disagreements Provides functional direction over areas of responsibility including project schedules, cost control, quality management and control. Manages the plan check and permit process, and construction phase inspections. Reviews status and monitors variances of the project management information system relative to scheduling, cost control and other project metrics, and provide project reporting Reviews and verifies submitted applications for payment and performs overall fiscal management of multiple projects Supports Program Management business development and proposal efforts as needed. Manage project teams and staff Qualifications Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or similar related field preferred and 8+ Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
