" Job Description & Summary   A career within   ITFT   Consulting   Services   will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage   transformation   to enhance their customer   experiences.   Product Manager     A career within Consulting Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.     *Responsibilities:   Expertise in product strategy, roadmap, feature definition, planning and managing product features   Ability to write stories to define outcomes and product requirements   Manage the product backlog while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on needs of customer   Responsible for end-to-end delivery of products, identifying key gaps in product features and defining objectives and key results   Expertise across these areas: product management, experience management, program management, product marketing   Experience of engaging and driving discussions with multiple teams like engineering, design and operations   Experience of prioritizing product features based on impact, cost, feasibility and usage.   Experience of working with tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.   Experience working in   AI  products   Industry   pref   as Retails(Stores, Inventory, supply chain)/Life Sciences/Healthcare     *Mandatory skill sets   • Enterprise level Agile experience     *Preferred skill sets   • Certification in PSM/PMI ACP/ICP ACC or any other globally accepted   Agile/Scrum certifications desirable.     *Years of experience required   •   7 -15 years of experience     *Education Qualification   • BE/BTech /MBA     Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: MBA (Master of Business Administration), Bachelor of Engineering Degrees/Field of Study
