Company: Marsh Description: What can you expect? The Manager - Vendor Management is part of Marsh’s Vendor Management organization and is responsible for coordinating vendor risks and controls across the vendor life cycle. This role supports timely completion of vendor management activities, helps ensure appropriate documentation is gathered and maintained, and works with internal stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve vendor-related risks and issues. This position is suited for a strong coordinator who can manage deadlines, assignments, and follow-up activities while maintaining attention to detail and supporting consistent execution of vendor management processes. We will count on you for: Coordinate vendor risks and controls in alignment with the Vendor Management framework. Manage deadlines, assignments, and outcomes for vendor management activities and related follow-up items. Identify risks and create, document, and track resulting issues through to resolution. Ensure all required documentation is received, reviewed for completeness, and stored appropriately. Update risk measurements and maintain accurate records supporting vendor risk reporting. Partner with Vendor Relationship Owners and other stakeholders to support onboarding, renewals, and ongoing oversight activities. Follow up with internal teams and external parties to keep assessments, documentation, and action items moving forward. Help maintain organized records of vendor information, contracts, assessments, and issue status. Escalate concerns, delays, or gaps in documentation or controls when appropriate. Support continuous improvement of vendor management processes, tracking, and reporting. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a global organization in vendor management, third-party risk management, risk coordination, project coordination, or project management. Familiarity with vendor management or risk management principles. Working knowledge of general contract terms and an understanding of how contracts support vendor oversight. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. Strong follow-up and tracking skills, with an ability to drive tasks through completion. High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records. Ability to identify issues, monitor progress, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders. Comfort working across teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. What makes you stand out? Experience supporting vendor risk assessments, controls tracking, or issue remediation activities. Project coordination or project management experience. Experience working with contract documentation, vendor records, or governance processes. Experience using third-party risk management software. Process-oriented mindset with the ability to spot gaps and improve coordination.
