ERF APS is committed to providing best-in-class support for business and technology partners. This leadership position is for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) with a direct reporting line to the head of ERF APS. The core responsibility of the team is to provide application stability and resiliency for our business, customers and clients.

Provide strategic leadership to develop a high-performing AML application production services team, growing technology leaders and connecting the team to the mission and outcomes of APS&E Provide consistent oversight and adherence to core APS&E processes which include Incident & Problem Mgmt., Change Mgmt., Capacity Mgmt., Event Mgmt., Service Request Fulfillment and Service Analytics & Reporting Provide consistent management, oversight and adherence to governance standards, regulatory obligations, and platform stability Develop and maintain strong engagement with senior leaders across Technology, Risk, Compliance and front-line units Collaborate with application owners and front-line units on the prioritization of enhancements and remedial actions that promote stability Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills Manages solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and
