About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialist within our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Team as a part of Corporate Investment Banking Lending Operations (CIBLO). This role will support a high-volume Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing portfolio. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. In this role, you will: Manage the life of the loan servicing for a complex commercial real estate construction loan portfolio Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Transactions and Processing area and contribute to large scale planning related to deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Resolve moderately complex issues, complete loan requests, projects, and process deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the transaction and Processing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff Work closely with both origination and central analysts in the preparation of loan approval documents Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Commercial Real Estate Operations Experience Wholesale Lending experience Residential and commercial appraisal experience Loan IQ (LIQ) experience Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret and research loan origination, legal, or real estate documents Knowledge and understanding of builder, construction, or renovation lending Commercial loan documentation, preparation or review experience Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications and utilize search tools to find information Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment, while managing competing priorities Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications Advanced verbal and written communication skills Posting Location: 2800 S Price Rd, Chandler, Arizona 85286 Job Expectations: Ability to work in office at posted location for a minimum of three days per week Ability to work additional hours as needed Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or visa sponsorship transfer Posting End Date:   20 Aug 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
