Job Description
The Senior Agency Process Specialist is accountable for the delivery and implementation of business processes at agencies. By working primarily with agency staff (e.g., Licensed Sales Producers [LSPs]), as requested, APSs will conduct; Agency Process Reviews: Reviewing agency processes and offering guidance to improve business results, customer Engagement & Growth Process Implementations: Assisting with implementation of agency processes required to improve customer engagement and growth, and lead, coach and develop new APAs or APSs Key Responsibilities • Supports LSPs to drive improved business results, including the measurement of results and follow-up of process implementations • Implements processes by working with agency staff through process reviews and observation, and providing advice, tips, suggestions for improvement. Shares best practices across agencies and peers • Assists agency owners with the implementation of consistent business processes, with a focus on Growth and Customer Engagement • Identifies skill gaps and reinforces education with agency owners and LSPs • Operates virtually for agency consultations. May travel to new agency locations for initial support • Maintains accurate and timely records of agency support activities by journaling and using appropriate tracking tools • Supports Field Sales Leaders (FSLs) in assisting agency owners to achieve goals outlined in the agency compensation program, implement agency business plans, and align processes with company objectives • Takes accountability of communicating updates and progress with FSL regarding process support activities conducted at their agencies • Maintains proactive working relationship with LSPs, including follow-up process reviews and periodic assessments Education • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities • This job does not have supervisory duties. Education & Experience (in lieu) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Accountability, Process Improvements, Process Support Compensation Compensation offered for this role is 75,100.00 - 126,325.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
