Execution, Financing and Clearing   Platform Solutions   Engineer , Vice President   Who we   are   looking for   The   Platform Solutions Engineer   within   the   Execution, Financing and Clearing   division   plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering advanced   technology and an a lytics   solutions that enhance transparency, intelligence, and execution for both clients and internal teams. This position   sits at the intersection   of finance and technology and   centers on leveraging   technology and data   to create impactful products for State Street’s financing   and execution   platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of financing and collateral markets with strong leadership abilities and a creative approach to problem-solving. As our investment research and trading arm, SSM’s number one goal is to enhance and preserve our clients’ portfolio values by applying technology, optimizing trading, and linking asset classes and markets across the   world .     Join us if making your mark in   the   capital markets industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.     What you   will   be responsible for   Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and optimization frameworks for   State Street’s   Financing Hub platform.   Collaborate with internal technology teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure successful product deployment.   Prototype and iterate on innovative solutions, working with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver tailored products efficiently.   Engage directly with clients and prospects, conducting product demonstrations, managing proof of concepts, and serving as a subject matter expert.   Maintain high standards of governance and risk management throughout the solution development process.   Represent State Street at industry conferences and events, showcasing platform capabilities and thought leadership.   Foster a collegial and professional team environment through collaboration and active engagement with colleagues.

These skills will help you succeed in this role   Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively   Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to high-quality outcomes   Excellent communication, organization al , and time management skills   Strategic thinking with the capacity to influence, collaborate, and engage across all organizational levels   Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to tackle new challenges   Intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and development     Education & Preferred Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree or higher required   At least 5 years of experience in   quantitative, analytical or technology   roles within financial services sector   Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Python   and SQL   programming   Experience developin g insights and dashboards in business intelligence tools such as   PowerBI , Tableau or Qlik   Preferred experience in securities financing (including securities lending/borrowing, repo, and collateral management)   Background in working with analytics and execution platforms   Proven experience leading and collaborating with Agile teams   Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business leaders and technical teams at all organizational levels
