This role requires engaging with various data sources to build predictive models that anticipate market trends and client behaviors. The practitioner collaborates with cross-functional teams to interpret analytical outcomes and translate them into actionable recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Continuous evaluation and refinement of analytical approaches are integral to ensuring the accuracy and relevance of insights delivered. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of innovative analytical methodologies to enhance business processes. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster a collaborative learning environment. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience Research Tools and Techniques. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. - Experience in designing and conducting user research studies to inform product and service improvements. - Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative research methods effectively. - Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools to communicate findings clearly. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design principles.
