AECOM is welcoming applications for Project Surveyors (Measurement) to join our Cost Management team based in the UAE Dubai South office. This role supports the delivery of quantity surveying and cost management services across a range of projects and stages, including pre-contract and post-contract phases. Working under the direction of Senior Project Surveyors and other senior team members, the primary focus is measurement, quantity take-offs, cost planning, estimating, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs), while also supporting wider AECOM Cost Management activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with strong measurement and estimating experience to develop their career within AECOM’s international cost management consultancy and gain exposure to major projects in the UAE and wider region. UAE experience is not required; applications are welcomed from suitably qualified candidates based overseas with relevant quantity surveying, measurement, or estimating experience who are interested in relocating to Dubai.

Measurement & Quantity Take-Off Undertake accurate measurement and quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, BIM models, and other project information. Prepare and develop Bills of Quantities, schedules of quantities, and other measurement documentation. Measure architectural, structural, civil, and/or MEP elements as required by the project. Review drawings and specifications to identify scope, discrepancies, omissions, and changes that may impact quantities or costs. Maintain clear and auditable measurement records to support cost plans, estimates, and BoQs. Assist with checking and reviewing
