Job Purpose / Mục tiêu vị trí The Transformation Excellence Manager is responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives within the Agency Division, ensuring consistency, transparency and efficiency across all transformation projects. This role manages the transformation portfolio, provides governance and reporting oversight and ensures that all initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives and KPIs. The position acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, coaching and mentoring teams to achieve transformation excellence. Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc Project management & delivery Develop detailed implementation plans for transformation initiatives. (Xác định các cột mốc, sản phẩm và tiêu chí thành công rõ ràng) Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. (Đảm bảo dự án được giao và thực hiện đúng hạn, trong ngân sách và đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng) Ensure projects follow established methodologies and standards. (Đảm bảo dự án tuân theo các phương pháp luận và tiêu chuẩn đã thiết lập) Monitor project health and intervene when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
