Rezeptionist (m/w/d) in Teilzeit Deine Aufgaben: Du bist das Gesicht unseres Standorts und empfängst Kunden und Kollegen Du organisierst 5 Konferenzräume (Buchungen, Technik, Sauberkeit) Du betreust die Telefonzentrale auf Deutsch und Englisch Du kümmerst dich um Büroorganisation, Post, Kuriersendungen Du verwaltest Parkplätze, Jobtickets und unterstützt beim Fuhrparkmanagement Du unterstützt bei internen/externen Veranstaltungen Zu deinem Profil: Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten mit Freude am Kundenkontakt Serviceorientierung und "Hands-on" Mentalität Belastbar und organisiert, auch in stressigen Situationen Fließend Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse Erfahrung am Empfang, in der Hotellerie oder im Einzelhandel wünschenswert JLL mitgestalten Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung unter Angabe deines frühestmöglichen Starttermins sowie deiner Gehaltsvorstellung.
