Job Responsibilities
Support day-to-day client requests and needs. Analyze market drivers and movements, understanding cross-asset implications. Resolve P&L reconciliation issues independently. Keep all relevant parties informed of key developments. Cultivate a balance between revenue generation and client franchise building. Execute trades with a high degree of competence. Follow firm's risk management policies and regulatory rules. Ensure accuracy in post-trade processes and internal controls. Share information and ideas proactively to aid team success. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. 0-2 years’ experience in banking/financial/ relevant industries. Strong interests in global financial markets and processes. Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving. Ability to discuss fundamental and technical aspects of traded products. Proficiency in market and product terminology. Understanding of transaction lifecycle and execution orientation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and remain focused under pressure. This role is intended to be an initial term of approximately 6 months only; however, subject to business needs and candidates performance, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
