Build and grow a high-performing team: Set ambitious standards and clear accountability, delegate meaningful ownership, and invest deeply in coaching and development. Lead with radical candor , combining direct, timely feedback with a genuine commitment to helping people grow and succeed. Own performance management and reporting: Independently run the operating rhythm for your portfolio, from forecasting and KPI management to business reviews and leadership reporting, translating data into a clear point of view on what is happening, why, and what happens next . Lead commercially and negotiate for growth: Build senior relationships with strategic sellers and partners, structure and negotiate high-impact commercial agreements, and make sound investment and resource trade-offs based on business impact and ROI. Drive the cross-functional agenda: Act as the clear business owner across Seller Growth, Programming, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other partners — proactively building alignment, constructively challenging assumptions, resolving blockers, and influencing priorities and roadmaps to deliver outcomes. Who You Will Bring 6–10 years of relevant experience with a strong track record of independently owning and growing a business, category, or commercial portfolio; experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, live/social commerce, strategy, or commercial leadership is highly relevant. A commercially sophisticated business leader and strong negotiator who understands growth drivers, economics and ROI, makes sound investment trade-offs, and takes ownership for delivering commercial outcomes. A proactive, curious builder who naturally looks around corners, seeks out new opportunities, and is energized by operating in a nascent space without an established playbook; comfortable forming hypotheses, testing them quickly, learning from failure, and changing course when the evidence demands it.
