The Senior Director & General Manager for Iberia (Spain & Portugal) is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering revenue and transaction margin targets across the full PayPal portfolio within the Iberian market. This senior leadership role requires a strategic, commercially oriented executive with a strong track record of building and scaling high performing teams, developing market specific growth strategies, and cultivating strong internal and external partnerships. Reporting to the SVP Europe, the Senior Director & GM for Iberia acts as the in market leader representing PayPal across all core segments—Large Enterprise, SMB, and Consumer—while orchestrating cross functional alignment to accelerate growth end-to-end.
