As a Specialist Manufacturing Technical Trades at Hershey, you will help keep our manufacturing and utility systems running safely, reliably, and efficiently. In this hands-on technical role, you will execute and coordinate maintenance, repair, calibration, troubleshooting, and reliability activities that support production effectiveness across the plant. You will work closely with reliability, maintenance, operations, and technical teams to ensure work is planned, materials and tools are available, preventive maintenance is completed on schedule, and equipment issues are resolved with urgency and care. Accountabilities
Plan, coordinate, and support maintenance work orders, ensuring the right labor, materials, parts, and specialty tools are available for efficient execution. Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities by ensuring tasks, documentation, parts, and schedules are accurate and completed at the appropriate frequency.' Troubleshoot moderately complex equipment and process issues using structured methods, technical data, and sound judgment to reduce downtime and improve cycle time. Maintain accurate asset information and support routine maintenance activities for new and existing plant assets. Review reliability and performance data to identify improvement opportunities in maintenance systems, equipment reliability, and production effectiveness. Communicate technical findings, work progress, and observations to peers, leaders, and crossfunctional partners to support planning, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Use tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office, technical manuals, schematics, drawings, and reliabilityprocesses to complete work accurately and safely. Minimum Education & Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, manufacturing technical trades, planning/scheduling, or a related technical field. Experience in a manufacturing environment is
