Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Responsibilities: Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors, advising on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's objectives for the Plant Management function. Progresses the goals, objectives, and supply chain roadmaps for Plant Management platforms, aligning Supply Chain business and technology strategies with strategic demand to produce leading-edge deliverables. Works with front-line supply-chain Plant Management key members to assist third-party partners to provide critical end-to-end supply chain solutions tailored to customer needs. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent. Experience and Skills: Required: 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, equipment development, demonstrated project management results, installation and qualification required. 5+ years of supervision experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational skills. Proven track record to analyze data with knowledge of multiple analytical tools. Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Must be willing and able to meet the conditions & physical demands of the job including stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, light lifting (Up to 23 lbs.), grasping, hearing, visual acuity, reaching, pushing, talking, standing. This position could require up to 10% travel both domestic and international. Preferred: Bachelor's degree – preferably in Engineering or equivalent technical field. Supervisory experience with a technical workforce preferred. Lean/Six Sigma
