재무관리부 Financial Reporting Analyst

The Regulatory Reporting Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for the generation, tracking and submission of various reports in coordination with colleagues in Finance/Risk/Business/Tech, etc.  The overall objective of this role is to accurately prepare and submit regulatory reports in accordance with local regulatory guidelines on a timely basis, to perform year-round activities for ICoFR (Internal Control over Financial Control, which is equivalent to US-SOX annual process), and to analyze impact on regulatory reporting from internal/external environment change (banking system migration, regulation change, etc.).

Maintain overall controls to safeguard the integrity of finance system data and reports, applying a working knowledge of financial and management accounting. Perform analysis of financial results to determine the root causes of variances, while monitoring key metrics to identify reporting challenges. Collaborate across teams on workflow redesigns, process efficiency initiatives, and data quality improvement projects to enhance reporting automation and reduce manual adjustments. Manage day-to-day financial processes, interpret internal policies to resolve operational transactions, and apply industry best practices to standardize and streamline financial workflows. Assist the team during regulatory inquiries and examinations by delivering accurate financial information and analytical reviews. Operate with autonomy under limited supervision while driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

3-5+ years of experience in financial services, with experience in financial platforms and project management preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills. Working knowledge of related industry practices, accounting standards (US GAAP/K-IFRS), and financial regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with clear and concise communication skills. Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience; MBA or CPA preferred.
